*Due to COVID-19 and the current state of USPS, you may experience shipping delays*
We ship orders within 1-3 days of receiving them. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains the tracking details.
In the event that a shipment has gone missing or has not yet arrived, please check with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages.
International shipping: Once a package leaves the U.S.A., we cannot track or estimate a delivery date. Since we cannot track packages outside of the U.S.A., we can not re-ship items or refund an order if for any reason the package does not reach its final destination. Please be aware that your local customs can further delay shipment.
